Practice Location
All practices are planned to start/finish at Phoenix HS. In the event of a rare summertime indoor relocation due to smoke or heat, watch the team Facebook page for day-of announcements.
- Please note: students may use the gym for free over the summer, but they need to be registered at Planet Fitness; please be sure you do this before arriving there (click on the link, zip code is 97501, and be sure to select the south Medford location).

We have a non-running strengthening routine we incorporate into our daily practices, with different pieces/focuses on different days. Here are mp4 videos for some of them:
- (every Mon/Wed/Fri...) *Core Routine and *Pyramid Pushups
- (every Tue/Thu...) *4-sets-of-20 pushups and *4-minute plank
- (as time allows...) *Hip strengthening routine and *Walkovers
Our team has open practices over the summer, wherein we welcome anyone grades 6-12 to run with us. Email john.cornet@phoenix.k12.or.us if you'd like information.
