Homecoming
Homecoming week is a special time for the Phoenix High School and the entire Phoenix-Talent community to come together and showcase their Pirate pride. The weeklong celebration includes spirit competitions, the Pirate Country Parade, Volley Buff and Power Puff games, and of course, the culminating event – the Homecoming game and Homecoming court celebration at halftime.
2025 Homecoming Schedule
Wednesday, October 15
- 5:15 p.m. – Pirate Country Parade
- 6 p.m. (after parade) – He-Man Volleyball Match at Phoenix High School large gym
- 7 p.m. – Powder Puff Game at Jack Woodward Stadium
Thursday, October 16
- 6:15 p.m. – Volleyball Senior Night
Friday, October 17
- 6 p.m. – PHS football vs. Klamath Union, at Jack Woodward Stadium
- 8:30 p.m. – Homecoming Dance: "A Haunted Homecoming" (following game until 11:30 p.m.)
- Tickets cost $10, on sale from October 6-14 at lunch in the attendance window
- Follow the guest pass process before purchasing tickets. Guest forms in the main office, due by lunch on October 14
- Games and refreshments available; bring cash
- Non-formal attire and appropriate costumes welcome
- Student ID must be presented at the door

- No masks or costume makeup that prevents students from being identified. No fake blood. No weapons, real or fake. No inflatable costumes. Follow the PHS dress code. Purchasing a ticket signifies that you agree to these rules. Students who violate these rules may not be allowed to attend the homecoming dance.
